Very helpful in the evening when we need to wash our dishes and it’s too bright. Helps us built our melatonin in time for bed.

These glasses fit over my regular glasses and seem to be blocking out the right frequencies.

This fits perfectly and takes away the harsh computer light as claimed.

Fits well over prescription glasses and even more importantly, seems to have eliminated a slight burning sensation while watching the computer screen. Who knows how much eye damage over time the screens must be causing! Also sleep seems to have improved. Definitely worth trying!
