Whats the difference between the Twilight Bedtime Bulb and the SweetDreams Bulb?

    Evening Reading light?

    I was inspired by Bryan Johnson to use a red light to end my day with some book reading. I ordered the E14 for my father & son light to serve for this purpose. You have to bring the bulb very close to the book for reading. I wish BLOCK would have stated the brightness before and not only on the box (300 lm). I'm not certain the other screw in version would be brighter and I should have chosen the bigger one with E27 screw? Probably yes, as the Sweet dreams and Bio Light versions have 700 lm.

    Bedroom lighting

    Nice soft light

    As the name suggests, the Twilight Red Light Bulb is the perfect choice for those lazy evenings and sets the mood for restful sleep. I found using these bulbs in living areas and kitchen allows myself to do evenings tasks without disturbing my sleeping patterns. Since using these bulbs, I am in bed by 9-9:30om (previously between 11pm-1am) and I wake up refreshed instead of tired and taking an hour to wake up properly.

    Highly recommend.
