I have a bathroom with ceiling LED lights. I have full spectrum globes in all rooms of my house in which they already have bayonet plugs, but in the bathroom that’s a job for another day to redo the ceiling lights 🤦♂️ So in the meantime, using the shower or sink at night is made bearable with a few of these amber lights positioned around. It gives it a candlelight feel - very calming and down regulating. One thing to note is that they have two brightness levels but both activated by pushing down in it. It’s fine for me in the bathroom but I did have one in the bedroom previously and my partner (a light sleeper) would wake because of the audible click it makes with each press -so if noise is an issue then I’d opt for something like the full spectrum lamp which is noiseless 🙏
