This little light has meant I can finally read in the evenings and during naps with my very light sensitive baby. Super happy with it. It feels sturdy and is easy to use. For me the lowest brightness red light is ideal and if I were to buy it again I would get just the red light version but got the multi as I wasn’t sure what I would like. Excellent product. This little object is so well designed! It has improved and my descent into sleep.
I love how it works: the 3 light colours that can be dimmed too; the way it can stand up by itself, but also clip onto something. my favorite is to clip it onto a large plastic tray so that I can write and draw or read on my couch - I can swap out the kind of book depending on what I want to do without having to swap the light to another book... it creates a pleasant creative nighttime space. Unclipped from the tray it then goes to the bathroom while I brush my teeth and then to my bedroom as I get ready for bed... its like a little friend. It goes to bed during the day in a old glasses case.

Does what it advertises, but not a product I love. Why? It can only be charged with a USB A to USB C cable. usb C to usb C just wont work. Weird as hell. So you have to pack a extra cable. And you are going to need it, because battery does not last long! And if you are travelling you will more likely than not need that cable right away, because the light has a strong tendency to turn on by itself.
Great product but needs a design makeover.

This is my 4th purchase of the book lights, and I only get the multi-mode one now because the extra money is worth is for this superior quality light shape, and the colours are easy to see with. (the alternative red only one is less light in a more triangular shape and hard to see with) .
This one has multi-modes of yellow, amber and two different reds so when you want to see a night path walking outside or reading a picture book to your kids the text is sharp and the colours show. The red light mode is great for pre-bed time to feel sleepy, but the red makes all colours look black and white. I love this light and travel with it always. It is the perfect small gift for friends and family!
