Whats the difference between the Twilight Bulb and the SweetDreams Bulb?

Have replaced all the standard lights in our and lamps with the sweet dreams bulbs several weeks ago. Our sleep and night time routines have improved, but most notably the time it takes to fall asleep has plummeted. I don't have to concentrate or actively will myself into relaxing any more. Was hoping for something slightly more sunset toned as this presents more on the yellow side than orange, but most certainly helps is avoid the overhead down lights in the evening, fitted to a eye level hanging pendant light. Does what it’s supposed to do.

I like the amber color and it sets the tone for the evening when the sun has set. Blue light is very bad for us. Glad there's a company that sells products so we don't always and especially at dusk/night have to keep the blue lights on.
