These really do block most of the blue light from my PC but if you want to wear them over prescription glasses they are very uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. The nose bridge part rests right on top of standard glasses nose bridge, weighing heavily on that spot, moving them down off the glasses onto the nose partially blocks the nostrils, which is quite uncomfortable.

Using the BLBG from the 18:11:25 , less than 3 weeks. Every evening from 18:00 to 21:00 at bed time. I have sleep apnea and insomnia, using COAP machine since 2009. I thought I was getting enough sleep. Since using the BLBG I have never felt better. Statistics from the CPAP machine are changing for the best. Losing weight from less stress eating.

I bought these a while back hoping they would help with my eye condition, but unfortunately they didn’t work out for me. The frame is way too tight, especially at the ends of the arms — they’re very narrow and pinch the sides of my head. After wearing them for a short time, I would get a headache from the pressure.

I even tried bending the arms to make them wider, but the material is super stiff and wouldn’t budge at all. I really wish I could wear these because I could benefit from the blue light protection, but the discomfort makes them unusable for me.

Overall, the idea is good, but the design needs improvement. Comfort should come first, especially for something meant to be worn for long periods.

The Fitover glasses reduce eye fatigue, particularly if used when on screen after daylight hours. They’re not a comfortable fit over the top of prescription glasses, however blocking the Blue light is helpful and reduces screen-time negative effects on sleep.
