Our Sweet Dreams Blue Blocking Light Bulb is now available in a the GU10 spot light fitting  which is the perfect fit for most halogen spot lights.

These bulbs feature our same proprietary spectrum technology to produce 100% blue light free, zero flicker, low EMF light. There is no other light bulb available that ticks all these boxes for healthy lighting!

    Surprisingly bright and lovely

    So i have this in a floor lamp with a rattan shade and i have it on after sunset , to use with cooking. It provides enough light to chop and prepare my meals and i love it so much more than the ceiling lights. I found it too bright ( with my rattan shade which has woven holes ) for a bedside light... I prefer there other lamp for that..

    Perfect for cosy nights

    I love my sweet dreams bulbs; they go on every night! I have two lamps in my living room and one in my bedroom that use this softer globe and it's perfect for creating ambiance and signalling to my brain that it's nighttime and it's safe to produce melatonin. I pair these with my block blue light glasses at night (so I can still watch TV/go on laptop etc.) and it's the perfect antidote to modern lighting!

    Love this light.

    I had already bought the 3 colour light for my side of the bed, but wanted another light for my husband's side of the bed.

    I really like the calming colour of this light for night time. I plan to buy more bulbs for my lampshades In the lounge.

    Bright sweet dreams

    The sweet dream lights are great to place here n there around the house alleviating the need to use the LED’s.

    They are much brighter than I anticipated, especially for the bedroom. However the red light is perfect for bedside lamps

    Calm down instantly

    Sweet dreams

    Love all the block blue light bulbs.

    The night one gives off a warm red glow .Which works well in side lamp giving a nice warm tone to the room.I use this in the bedroom lamp and have the daylight bulb as the main bedroom light. Works well really pleased with both.

    Personal choice I found the red glow to much when put as the main light. But as a side light it's spot on. Just for context my walls are white.

    So much better than regular lightbulbs
