My husband & I, along with our two young daughters all have a pair of red night time glasses, which make a huge difference to getting off to sleep and keeping asleep throughout the night. We have been collecting and replacing our house and lamp light bulbs also, which we also love for a much more relaxed and ambient sunset to night time atmosphere. Couldn’t go back now, & most importantly so much better for our health!

I’m so glad these exist. I had no idea how much blue light was effecting my sleep until recently, so I immediately got a pair of these. Unexpected benefits already - better sleep of course, better digestion, eyes feel better, my mood is better, and I’m waking up with more energy. As soon as I put them on I feel relaxed! I have been sleeping through the night the last week. Sch a lovely feeling waking up and it is morning rather than dark and still hours till morning. I put them on before the sun goes below the horizon and as I am unable to watch television any more because of many years of MD and find I fall sleep sooner, too. I highly recommend these with light glare issues.

The Glasses are just to small for me. They are considered to be for adults, im adult, buth anyway thay to small. Maybe i have a biger head.

These blue light blocking glasses do their work. Usually I feel a lot of eye strain because of the blue light. These glasses so their jobs. I use them every day/night since I bought them.
