    These bulbs are essential for your home

    Started using blue block lights a couple of years ago, they are much better on the eye then normal lighting and in most homes they have what energy saving which I my opinion are not good.

    We have these in most the rooms except the hallway and bathroom.

    I noticed a difference in my sleep quality and they are very relaxing and they last a long time too. We also have the Full stectrum ones as well and I have the book light which is handy for taking away. Wouldn’t use any other bulbs.

    Great night light!

    I love the three options that I can use and I really like that warm yellow color when it is nighttime.

    I bought one but now I will buy for the kitchen and toilet also. Recommend!
