It’s Not Just Blue... It’s Also Green...
Green light sits next to blue light on the visible spectrum. As such, the "melatonin suppression range" can extend beyond blue and into green light. Exposure to green light at night—particularly up to 550nm—may send signals to the brain that it's still daytime.

As someone who is always wired and not able to begin winding down til 10pm ish because of varied finish times and 3 children, I find putting these on at sundown has me ready to hit the sack as soon as all my responsibilities are taken care of, very worth it! I’ve also had other brands over the years and these are definitely the most effective.

These seem to be a large fit, my husband is wearing them when he wears contact lenses.
It would be great if they wrapped around a little more than they do.

The colour is great but there are large gaps around the lenses - they don't curve enough to hug my face. Someone with a much broader face might be suited better.

These definitely do what they say, they block harsh blue light completely and definitely help me to wind down in the evening. However, the glasses do not completely cover my eyesight. I have a relatively small head but these glasses still let unfiltered light in through the sides and the top and bottom, which means you will still get exposed to unfiltered light unless you’re constantly looking straight forward. A bit disappointed to be honest. I even exchanged them for a pair that I thought had bigger lenses and therefore more coverage but those had the exact same problem…

Myself and my son have been wearing them nightly for computer use and out in the car/walking at night and they are great! Highly effective at blocking the blue light and we both feel confident, they are helping to protect eyes, We're now after the 'day glasses'.
