INTEGRATED COLOR SCREEN CONTROL PANEL
The PowerPanel has digital color screen control panel which allows you to set your session time, set the brightness level, change the pulsing frequency, and it also allows switching between the red and near infrared, or both together.
AMBIENT MODE
The PowerPanel's Ambient Mode setting is intended to promote healthier light use and better sleep. Red light in ambient mode is of lower intensity than during a typical red light therapy session. You can fully adjust the red and NIR brightness separately with 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% brightness.
RECOVERY+ PULSING MODE
Numerous studies have demonstrated that pulsing provides additional advantages over non-pulsed (continuous wave). Pulsing light is believed to boost cellular activity, open ion channels, and resonate with cells. The PowerPanel allows you to use continuous wave and set any pulse between 10 and 990Hz

I initially bought it for the face and sore back but I have had to use it on my neck and shoulder nerve pain. I have used it everyday and the pain levels has decreased each day. I first got interested in getting my own red light panel a couple years ago. There are SO many products out there and I could just tell that this is one of those industries that allows for junk to be passed off for the real thing. I needed help in being able to steer clear of the stuff manufactured in China and over-priced marketing gimmicks. As a consumer, I care about durability, quality, and not over-paying. I absolutely love this design for ease with the built in adjustable stand - I'm finding I use it much more than I used to use my old because there's no 'hanging' or 'positioning' to do to get it just right. I got it because I broke my fifth metatarsal in my foot and looked at the compelling research on using red light therapy as a part of the healing protocol. A few minutes, a couple of times a day, and I was walking in normal sneakers at home within 3 weeks, and out of the moon boot in just over a month. My physio was impressed! Given how easy it is to adjust/angle as well, I've been using for skin benefits/collagen synthesis encouragement and if exposed to mould, to support my mitochondria. I love it and cannot recommend it enough!
